At CCS, we want to ensure you are stoked with your gear, which is why we offer a 60-day return window for all un-skated and unused items in their original packaging. Whether it is a size issue or a change of heart, we have made our exchange and refund process as fast and seamless as possible.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and skate decks are still in their shrink wrap.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely tape it to the outside of your return box.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days of arrival.
